How to use A-SUB DTF Transfer Film

Print

Print image with mirror image setting

Spreading powder

Sprinkle hot melt powder on the image.

Shake powder

Shake off the hot melt powder.

Drying

Put the film in a microwave oven to dry,(TEMP130℃, TIME 5-8s).

Transfer printing

Image side faced down on the clothes, add a release paper,(TEMP 150-160℃/302-320F, TIME 10s).

Cold peel

Peel off the film when cooled

Can I use A-SUB DTF film with my sublimation printer ?

Yes , But we recommend applying it to white fabric if you are using sublimation ink. Because sublimation ink doesn’t have white ink .

If you want to applying it to dark fabric. Please choose DTF printer and DTF ink to get better results .

What is the difference between black powder and white powder?

For the feeding problem , you can take a piece of copier paper and attach it to the DTF sheet using painter's tape, and It will feeds through great!
